What can I do to be able to ejaculate and have an orgasm more than once a day during sex with my wife?
Q. When we first started having sex I could ejaculate up to 6 times a day and now in 24 hours I can usually only reach orgasm and ejaculate once every 24 hours, maybe twice. I still can and do have sex 4-5 times a day but my wife gets dissapointed because i dont have an orgasm. I need to know how to have an orgasm and ejaculate quicker. If I already ejaculated once in a day to do it again I need about 90 min of sex. My wife cant handle that much because it hurts her. Please Help.

A. Not necessarily. The longer you go between, the more semen will build up. It can be more intense during the start-stop method, but I don't think you benefit at all from stopping right before and not relieving it, allowing the "blue balls" phenomenon, which is actually an accumulation of blood in the veins of the scrotum and NOT semen -- very painful. Semen actuallly is produced mostly in the prostate. The testicles only produce sperm (not the liquid). So, the swelling of "blue balls" is NOT a backup of semen, but blood. Unless you're into a little S&M and pleasure denial, I don't think it'll be any better or any more in quantity.

A. Not necessarily. The longer you go between, the more semen will build up. It can be more intense during the start-stop method, but I don't think you benefit at all from stopping right before and not relieving it, allowing the "blue balls" phenomenon, which is actually an accumulation of blood in the veins of the scrotum and NOT semen -- very painful. Semen actuallly is produced mostly in the prostate. The testicles only produce sperm (not the liquid). So, the swelling of "blue balls" is NOT a backup of semen, but blood. Unless you're into a little S&M and pleasure denial, I don't think it'll be any better or any more in quantity.

Why would a person involuntarily ejaculate when trying to urinate?
Q. When sitting down on toilet male individual was waiting to urinate when he unknowingly/involuntarily started to ejaculate. Individual was able to urinate afterwords. No sort of sexual activity prior. Do you have any idea what this could be?
