A. no law has any authority unless one is willing to submit to it.to state it and write it is one thing to enforce it is another.however if one were to look at history one would find that the pope/catholic church has used force and arms to enforce its will.just look at the inquisition and spains push into the new world all done with the backing and support of the pope/church. at one time kings could not go to war without the backing of the church and would fly a papal flag to show the backing of the church although it was not uncommon for enimes to both be flying the papal flag,guess the pope was covering his bet.

Q. Do you agree with these statements? Is it true that the King backed both sides of the war? You can not use the Constitution to defend yourself because you don't belong to it?
